Synopsis: GMOs are becoming more prevalent, and the debate rages: Have GMOs delivered on their promises? Do they pose serious threats. Join Stephen and Arnold as they debate the benefits and risks of “GMOs”.

Stephen Nass grew up on a small farm in Wisconsin and now is the chef and owner at the Independence Inn. An active Free State Project participant since 2017, he was one of the founders of the Shell community center. He also runs the Free State Food Network which advocates for greater freedom in New Hampshire’s food industry. Today he is prepared to make the case that not only are there many benefits to GMO’s, but they should be embraced by the liberty community.
This will be his first Live Free and Debate.

Arnold de Souza is a speaker, health coach, and entrepreneur in the financial services industry. In 2020, he and his wife sold everything and fled Paris, France, to the live free or die state for a brand new start. He holds a master’s degree in International Security from the Paris Institute of Political Studies, and has a background in nutrition counseling from the Institute for integrative Nutrition in New York. Over the years, Arnold has developed successful evidence-based protocols to achieve sustainable weight loss and prevent chronic diseases. Arnold currently lives in Portsmouth with his wife and one-year-old son. He is also the founder of the Vegan Porcupine group. When he’s not hitting the gym or doing yoga, you can find him reading, building spreadsheets, or studying languages.
