Come to hear two sides square off: Liberty Republicans versus Libertarians

Resolved: “”A Libertarian Party in New Hampshire undermines the progress of the Free State Project towards liberty.””

Affirmative: Kevin Tyson,
Negative: Stephen Nass

This is an Oxford-style debate, and the audience is the judge of which side is the winner.

Details: For more than a decade, the debate has raged throughout the Free State: Does the way to greater freedom lead through Liberty Republicans or through the Libertarian Party, and if Liberty Republicans are advancing liberty effectively,, is the Libertarian Party of New Hampshire helping or hindering our drive to liberty?

The Live Free And Debate Series brings together two people at opposite sides to argue for your consideration of the pros and cons.

For the Affirmative — that the Libertarian Party hinders the advancement of liberty — is Kevin Tyson, a computer scientist living in Claremont NH. He has been involved in activist politics since childhood having attended the 1963 march on Washington and losing friends and acquaintances to COINTELPRO later in the 1960’s. He is FSP mover number 2,108, a member of both the LPNH and the LP, a registered Republican, and an active participant in the Sullivan County GOP. His most recent political accolade was being added to Archie Flower’s list of Naughty Negros in Need of No Platforming at PorcFest 2021.

For the Negative — that the Libertarian Party is critical to the advancement of liberty — is Stephen Nass, a Free State Project Ambassador who applies his fullest practical effort for more liberty through his involvement at The Shell, The Free State Food Network, and his position in The Libertarian Party of New Hampshire.
