2022 Goals {Big Liberty Ideas}

2021 you had some ideas of things you wanted to do. What were they, how did they fare, and what did you learn? Looking forward, what outcomes might you want for 2022?
We’ll take a step back and look at where we are, and where we’re going, and how 2022 might help us get there.

Details: The break between the end of a calendar year and the start of a new one is a great time to check-in on one’s goals for your life. Over the last year, you have learned a lot about what you want — both from your intentions and from your actual behavior. We meet together to recount, process, and incorporate this information into a resetting of your goals for 2022.

Take a bit of time and think through what were the areas that you wanted to explore in 2021 — both areas that you did explore and those that you thought you might want to explore but did not. What were your successes, your failures, and your lessons? How might this inform the goals you want to explore for 2022?

Which goal areas are your ready to set aside — either because you have achieved enough, explored them sufficiently to know that they are not for you in this coming up year, or that you seem to behave in such a way that it tells you that this is an “”ought to”” goal, rather than a “”want to”” goal.
